Tucked away west of Tamiami Trail, this subtle but extensive renovation cleaned up a pseudo-modern house and made it into an ultra modern second home for a local, European power couple.

Given the owner’s German heritage and Japanese business ties, it was important to create a building, and the space within, to reflect straight lines and clean architectural detailing, while enhanced by zen-like interior finishes and design elements.
